With an in-depth experience of our Founder Director Mr. SANJAYBHAI ISHWARBHAI PATEL, we have ambitious plans to expand our business in Pune, Navi Mumbai, Nashik, Aurangabad, Vadodara, Anand, Bangalore, Hubli and Goa. In a short span of time, we have also made joint venture plans with non real-estate companies for the expansion and growth of our company.

The grand foundation of quality and reliability was laid in 1963 by Hon. Shri. Ishwarbhai M. Patel when he started his own construction company. A civil engineer by profession and a great visionary, he always desired to create lifestyle homes at affordable price for the people of Solapur. His precision and passion for quality can be seen in his contribution to building sugar factories, spinning mills, theaters, Industrial factories, commercial and residential projects in and around Solapur, Usmanabad and Pune.
His flair for quality and transparency in operations has made him the most respectable personality in construction segment. To strengthen his vision he encouraged his son Sanjay Patel to join College of Engineering-Bangalore. Today, Sanjay Patel is successfully carrying forward the legacy of his father Ishwarbhai M. Patel. |

Mr. SANJAYBHAI ISHWARBHAI PATEL
is a seasoned professional with qualitative experience in formulating strategic plans; establishing entire operations on profitability and executing multiple fields in the construction projects. He has demonstrated excellence in executing the entire project right from scratch to its completion, ensuring compliance and respect for community and quality requirements. He also possesses expertise in contract management and executing construction projects with a flair for adopting modern construction methodologies; complying with quality standards.
He has a vast knowledge which he gained during his tenure as senior personnel with Tata Housing and Devp. Co. Ltd., Ajmera Realty and Infra Structure India Pvt. Ltd.
Mrs. NIKETA SANJAYBHAI PATEL
Studied in convent school & completed Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University, Gujarat in 1990. She also worked as an Office Administrator cum Head (Finance Dept.) Currently she is looking after purchase, supplies & payments to vendors, sub-contractors, suppliers, recruitment of staff & payrolls, etc. complete. |
